Clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Adorable & updated little home with easy access to downtown, SD School of Mines, and the Black Hills. The house was very clean. Comfortable memory foam beds. Highly recommend this home for your adventures!

Brittani’s house was perfect for our stay. Our pups enjoyed the spacious backyard after being cramped in hotel room after hotel room. The kitchen was fully stocked and we made a delicious dinner and breakfast the next day. I loved how clean the place was and that the linens were new, crisp, and smelled fresh. We even did 3 loads of laundry, making the price totally worth it!

This was a great place to stay! Brittani offered insights on the area and was super helpful/responsive. The location was a quiet neighborhood but in the perfect spot to get to things quickly. The beds were comfy and there was good space for the three of us traveling together. Overall a great find and positive experience!

Our family had a great experience! This house had great location to be able to get downtown in a couple minutes, and also easy access to the highways to main attractions! Highly recommend the space and location!

A comfortable overnight stay for our party of three. Easy unloading via the side door right into the kitchen. Brittani accommodated a pre-arrival housekeeping request. We would book this house again when back in the area.

It was a perfect location for us to stay. We, were able to access the softball fields for the tournament very easy with many options for dinning close by! Downtown isn't far at all with great options to eat. Our only hang up was we ran out of toilet paper only one roll we could find in house. Other then that everything was nice, clean and provided! We would stay there again!

Brittani’s place was a prefect home base for our family vacation. Close to all the black hill adventures but also had everything else close by. Prefect size for the 6 of us and having the back yard was great for our dog. Definitely will keep in mind for the next trip

Loved our stay! Very comfy memory foam mattresses, plenty of towels and linens, loved the local coffee and our middle schoolers loved playing the vintage Operation board game! Perfect location for Thanksgiving with grandparents!
